Job Overview:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of Lead Acid industrial energy batteries, supplying to sectors such as railways, solar energy, electric vehicles (EVs), and industrial applications. The company specializes in high-quality batteries and electrical storage systems that support critical infrastructure across India. The Laboratory Assistant Trainee will support Quality Control and R&D functions by assisting with product testing, inspections, quality system activities, and new product development.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities in the QC department.
- Conduct final product testing as per quality standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 procedures and documentation.
- Support R&D activities related to new product design, development, and testing.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control processes.
- Understanding of scientific testing methods and documentation.
- Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference for candidates residing near Kundaim, Ponda, Old Goa, or nearby areas.
Work Timings and Stipend:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- A stipend of ₹15,000 per month for the first 6 months.
