Overview:
Seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of scientific and laboratory instruments supplied to customers across the life sciences sector. The role also involves assisting with product promotion and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical aptitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to travel within Goa to support customers in research institutions, academic organizations, healthcare facilities, and pharmaceutical companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain scientific and laboratory instruments at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service visits as required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Assist customers with operational queries and troubleshooting requirements.
- Support sales activities by explaining product features and technical specifications.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding technical support requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely and effective service.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or B.E. in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcomed.
- Sound technical knowledge of electronics, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
- Willingness to travel across Goa.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and scientific instrumentation.
