Overview:

A Luxury Holiday Homes & Villas Hospitality Group, with a growing portfolio of 30+ premium villas across North Goa, is seeking a dynamic Reservation and Revenue Manager. This role is ideal for a performance-oriented professional with a strong grasp of booking operations, revenue optimization, and OTA distribution strategies. The position focuses on delivering curated, high-end travel experiences to guests seeking privacy, comfort, and personalized service — with a clear emphasis on data-driven decision-making and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management:
    • Design and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all villas.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and booking patterns to optimize rate structures.
    • Manage and update inventory, availability, and rate parity across all distribution channels.
    • Monitor and report on key revenue KPIs: ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), Occupancy %, and LOS (Length of Stay) — with action plans for improvement.
  • OTA Management:
    • Manage and continuously improve listings on major OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) for maximum visibility and booking conversions.
    • Build strong relationships with OTA account managers to secure visibility campaigns, deals, and promotions.
    • Ensure all listings are high-quality, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized with compelling descriptions and images.
    • Track and analyze OTA performance metrics such as listing score, search visibility, and conversion rate.
  • Sales & Distribution:
    • Drive direct bookings through offline travel agents, corporate clients, influencers, and repeat customers.
    • Develop seasonal and promotional offers to boost villa occupancy in both peak and off- peak seasons.
    • Generate and manage B2B relationships to tap into new markets and channels (travel agents, event planners, etc.).
    • Follow up on leads with urgency, track conversion rates, and strive for high inquiry-to-booking conversion ratios.
  • Reporting & Strategy:
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and forecasting.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align on demand generation strategies and seasonal campaigns.
    • Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and target-setting based on past KPIs and market forecasts.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
  • 4–8 years of combined experience in sales and revenue management within the hospitality or short-term rental space (Hospitality/Online Travel Agencies/Villas).
  • Demonstrated success in improving occupancy rates, ADR, and conversion ratios using a strategic, KPI-focused approach.
  • Deep understanding of OTA platforms, revenue optimization, and hospitality sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the Goa tourism market is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
