Job Overview:
A Holiday Homes & Villas Hospitality Group, with a growing portfolio of 30+ premium villas, is seeking a proactive and well-spoken Assistant Manager – Reservations. The role involves managing incoming villa reservation inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and handling daily reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and messages from potential guests.
- Provide accurate information about villa availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain and update booking records in the CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experiences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, bookings, and occupancy.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Graduate or 12 th with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1.5 years proven experience in a telecalling, reservations, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage.
