We are seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Support Engineer to support international customers through technical assistance, customer coordination, quotation support, and project documentation. This remote role is ideal for engineering graduates looking to build a long-term career in technical support, product management, and international business.
Job Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Assist customers with product selection and technical queries.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and suppliers.
- Support consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests and project submissions.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, compliance documents, and product comparisons.
- Maintain product datasheets, catalogues, certificates, and installation guides.
- Organize and update product documentation and technical libraries.
- Support website and catalogue content updates.
- Maintain CRM records and project documentation.
- Coordinate project information between customers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with international customers.
Job Requirements
- Education : Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Telecommunication Engineering
- Fresh engineering graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand and learn technical products quickly.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to support international customers across different time zones.
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
