Job Overview :
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and site activities for real estate projects in North Goa. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, labourers, vendors, engineers, and the project team to ensure smooth and timely execution of work.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and engineers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work records, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer for smooth project execution.
- Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing work.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, real estate, or site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction site activities and supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labourers and contractors effectively.
- Ability to monitor work progress and ensure timely completion.
- Willingness to work at project sites in North Goa.
Preferred Candidates: Local candidates from Sawantwadi, Kudal, Vengurla, Banda, Goa Border, and Pernem
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
