Job Overview:

Playing a crucial role in enhancing customer experience by managing telephonic communications and providing information-related hospitality courses. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively convey information to potential students or clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle incoming calls from students, clients, etc.
  • Coordinate with students and explain to them about the training offered.
  • Effectively communicate course details to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Collect customer information and update the CRM system with accurate details.
  • Conduct follow-up calls.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to relay customer information and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or any graduate.
  • Prefers female candidates.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or tele calling
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. Familiarity with products and a passion for automobiles is a plus
