Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Interior Designer who can effectively bridge design conceptualization and on-site project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural planning, construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and site coordination for civil engineering works. This role requires managing the complete project lifecycle, from preparing government submission drawings to supporting execution and final project completion.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed working drawings (plans, sections, and elevations) for interior fit-out works.
- Develop functional space planning and conceptual layouts.
- Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures.
- Prepare accurate material Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns with the design intent.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Strict proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, custom joinery work, and construction techniques.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical designs.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
