Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic entry-level Telesales/Telcaller  Executive and Telesales Manager for an IT solutions and advertising company. The Telesales Manager will oversee and direct the activities of a team of Telesales Representatives who focus on selling IT advertising services over the call. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, demonstrating a keen ability to meet sales targets and inspire a tea

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage telesales team and assist junior staff under her.
  • Manage telesales representatives, focusing on building a team skilled in IT and creative services sales.
  • Monitor the team’s sales performance and the effectiveness of sales campaigns, making necessary adjustments to techniques and strategies.
  • Should be able to train the team and forecast daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, and prepare sales reports for upper management.
  • Foster a relationship-focused team environment that not only attracts new clients but also retains and expands existing accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle major client issues and complaints.
  • Should be able to compile the data and present sales reports
  • Generate leads and appointments through the telesales team for field sales.
  • Call the customers for Customer Feedback, Testimonial, Business Generation
  • Good understanding of CRM software.

 Job Requirement:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree/ Graduate.
  • Female candidates preferred. With 1 to 3 years of experience in Telesales and have handled a team before.
  • Sales domain understanding, Leadership, and managerial experience.
  • Strong coordination, communication skills,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving and Time Management.
  • Proficient in CRM, and process improvement.
  • Utilising AI and the latest tools and social media management.
  • Customer co-ordination and communication Skills.
  • Lead Generation, Conflict Management.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi
