Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Goa region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling cutting tools and industrial lubricants, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships across manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell cutting tools and industrial lubricants to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide basic product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain an updated customer database
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in industrial products, cutting tools, or lubricants).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Client relationship management.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
