Job Overview

We are looking for Sales Manager for an IT Infrastructure service provider company in Verna Goa. The candidate should be active and ready to work in field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate customers, either face to face or over the phone.
  • Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives
  • Reviews and analyses sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
  • Payment follow-up.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

Job Requirements

  • MBA - Marketing. 
  • Prior of in sales IT Products will be preferred.
  • Dynamic fresher candidates will also be considered.
  • Preferred male candidate, who should be ready to go in field.
  • Between age 25-45.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others, Commercial awareness.

Location: Verna-Goa

Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm
