Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as Paperwork and Liaisoning Executives in the company dealing in solar solutions for residential and industrial use. The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating the approval process for solar projects by coordinating with electricity department officials, preparing client files, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and government authorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather all necessary documents and information for solar project approval, ensuring completeness and accuracy of client files.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with electricity department officials to obtain approval for solar projects, presenting project details and facilitating discussions.
  • Coordinate site inspections with Junior Engineer (JE) and Assistant Engineer (AE) to assess project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with the Executive Engineer to facilitate the signing of agreements related to solar projects, ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
  • Follow up with the electricity department's sub-division to ensure timely issuance of the first solar electricity bill to clients.
  • Identify eligible clients for solar subsidies, prepare subsidy files, and liaise with relevant authorities for approval and disbursement.
  • Provide constant updates to clients on their solar application process, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Solicit feedback from clients upon completion of solar projects to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience preferred; however, training will be provided.
  • Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass, or completion of an ITI program.
  • Valid driving license for a motorbike.
  • Utilize your own bike for commuting to different project sites and electricity department offices as required.
  • Travel to various locations within the electricity department's jurisdiction to assist with site inspections and project assessments.
  • Good communication skills in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and electricity department officials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication channels to convey project updates, inquiries, and requests.
