Job Overview

One of our client is a leading international company specializing in structured cabling, fiber optic, passive networking, and data centre infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Support Engineer to support international customers through technical assistance, customer coordination, quotation support, and project documentation. This remote role is ideal for engineering graduates looking to build a long-term career in technical support, product management, and international business.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support.
  • Assist customers with product selection and technical queries.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Support consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests and project submissions.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, compliance documents, and product comparisons.
  • Maintain product datasheets, catalogues, certificates, and installation guides.
  • Organize and update product documentation and technical libraries.
  • Support website and catalogue content updates.
  • Maintain CRM records and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project information between customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with international customers.

Job Requirements

  • Education : Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
    • Telecommunication Engineering
  • Fresh engineering graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Good documentation and organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to understand and learn technical products quickly.
    • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
    • Willingness to support international customers across different time zones.
    • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
