The role involves developing and managing websites, web applications, CRM systems, and software solutions, along with implementing AI tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently develop, implement, and manage technology-driven solutions based on business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites, web applications, and software solutions based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, and manage CRM systems to streamline student enquiries, applications, follow-ups, and related workflows.
- Explore and implement AI tools, AI-powered products, and automation solutions to improve business processes and productivity.
- Develop and improve application interfaces, focusing on user experience (UI/UX), functionality, and usability.
- Manage databases, data integration, and application workflows to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve existing systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of applications and software systems.
- Independently manage development projects, from requirement analysis and planning to implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and develop suitable technology-based solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software development, web application development, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI tools, AI-powered products, and workflow automation.
- Experience in website development and UI/UX design.
- Ability to independently develop CRM systems, web applications, and customised software solutions.
- Knowledge of application development, database management, and system integration.
- Understanding of automation tools and their practical implementation in business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver solutions within timelines.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies based on business requirements.
