Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technician to manage electrical installations, maintenance, and
troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations across the property.
Job Responsibilities:
- Electrical Work:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Handle internal wiring for ceilings, lighting, panels, and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of switches, sockets, and Distribution Boards (DBs)
- Lighting & Fixtures:
- Install and repair ceiling lights, decorative lighting, and LED systems
- Replace faulty bulbs, tubes, and electrical fittings
- Maintain lighting across operational areas, offices, and public spaces
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Identify electrical faults and resolve breakdowns promptly
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance of panels, wiring, and equipment
- Equipment Handling:
- Maintain electrical systems for operational equipment and office utilities
- Ensure proper load distribution and prevent overloads
- Assist in installation and setup of new electrical equipment
Job Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience (hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness
- Ability to work in shifts if required
