Job Overview
We are looking for well-groomed, friendly, and customer-oriented individuals to join a reputed casino in Goa. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, basic mathematical abilities, and a strong understanding of casino table games. Candidates with previous gaming experience are preferred; however, freshers can also apply, as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage casino table games while assisting customers with game-related requirements.
- Distribute cards, dice, chips, and other gaming equipment according to the rules of the respective table games.
- Monitor gaming equipment for any signs of tampering and ensure proper handling at all times.
- Explain game rules and procedures to customers and ensure fair and smooth gameplay.
- Observe players' activities and report any misconduct, suspicious behaviour, or irregularities to floor supervisors.
- Exchange cash for chips, collect chips for losing bets, and ensure accurate handling of bets and payouts as per casino procedures.
- Maintain the correct pace of the game while creating a friendly, professional, and enjoyable gaming environment.
- Coordinate with floor supervisors and other casino staff to ensure smooth table operations.
- Follow casino policies, gaming regulations, and operational standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic mathematical and numerical skills.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.
- Previous casino or gaming experience will be an added advantage.
- Completion of a recognised dealer training certification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Candidates applying for experienced dealer positions must undergo mandatory table testing.
