Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to support HR operations and administrative functions for a fast-growing organization in the solar and renewable energy EPC sector. The role involves managing HR processes, payroll and statutory compliance, coordinating with engineering teams for project-related requirements, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across office and site locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, statutory compliance, and coordination with government authorities, preferably within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Payroll:
    • Manage employee attendance through biometric systems for office staff and geo-tagged reporting for site teams.
    • Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax filings.
    • Support the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
    • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
    • Manage employee welfare initiatives including insurance, mediclaim, and distribution of safety equipment (PPE).
  • Project & Statutory Coordination:
    • Coordinate with Electrical Inspectorate (CEIG) and local DISCOM authorities for project approvals and commissioning documentation.
    • Assist with preparation and documentation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Net Metering applications.
    • Liaise with Site Engineers, Junior Engineers, and project teams to track project progress and documentation.
    • Monitor site-related expenses including travel allowances, food expenses, and field logistics.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Maintain documentation aligned with ISO standards and internal SOPs.
    • Support internal audits and assist with documentation required for external audits or client compliance checks.
    • Maintain records such as asset registers, statutory files, and project documentation.
  • Administration & Office Management:
    • Coordinate training programs related to safety, solar design, and project management.
    • Assist with legal documentation such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and other agreements.
    • Manage administrative activities including vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and office facility management.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline, specialized HR/Admin course preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and general administration.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with both office staff and site teams.
  • Candidates residing in or around Mapusa, Goa will be preferred.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license for travel to government offices and project sites.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy industry will be an advantage.
