Overview
We are looking for an AI Operations & Growth Lead who will be responsible for improving business operations, implementing AI-based solutions, and supporting business growth.
The role involves using AI tools and automation to simplify daily tasks, improve work efficiency, generate business leads, manage websites, and strengthen the company's digital presence.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of AI tools, automation, digital marketing, and lead generation, along with a practical approach to solving business problems.
Job Responsibilities
1. AI Tools & Automation
- Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities to improve business processes using AI.
- Develop and implement AI-based tools, agents, and automation workflows.
- Automate activities such as reports, quotations, follow-ups, data entry, and documentation.
- Monitor and improve existing automation systems.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Research potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain databases of prospective clients.
- Generate B2B leads through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage online outreach campaigns.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and business enquiries.
3. Website Management & SEO
- Manage and update the company website.
- Improve website visibility through SEO and keyword optimisation.
- Monitor website traffic and performance.
- Update website content and identify opportunities to improve online presence.
4. Digital Marketing & Content
- Create content for websites, blogs, and social media using AI tools.
- Develop marketing creatives and promotional materials.
- Plan and manage social media content and posting schedules.
- Explore AI-based tools for marketing, customer communication, and lead follow-ups.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Monitor lead generation, campaign performance, and automation results.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track business activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes and systems.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand business requirements and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, or other programming concepts will be an advantage.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, website management, and social media.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, online research, and customer outreach.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn, experiment with new technologies, and implement practical solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with practical experience in AI tools, automation, and digital growth activities will be preferred.
- Experience in developing AI-based solutions or automating business processes will be an added advantage.
- Should be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
- Should have the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results
