Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a Hospitality Training Institute in Panaji, who will head in sales and marketing and can maintain client relationships by grasping potential customers/leads for the growth of the institute.
Job responsibilities
- Should manage the team
- Communicating with the clients on a regular basis and following up with them regarding any enquiries.
- Increasing the user base for the institute, by calling social media lead.
- Attending education fairs and exhibitions and representing the college.
- Answer questions of clients about the courses and other services offered by the institute.
- Successfully developing agent network and driving sales.
- Updating sales data, and meeting sales quotas or sales
- Creating and presenting recent performance reports, on the sales generated.
- Explaining and promoting programs of institute.
- Staying informed about competing institutes.
- Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Sales experience of minimum 7 years in FMCG, telecom, Education industry.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Sound knowledge of the Indian Education Industry
