Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer for hospitality industry. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee on boarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Registering all employees to ESIC & PF
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary payroll data and ensure timely submission.
- Address any payroll-related queries from employees and provide assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Female candidate preferred.
