Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst in the Implementation Department of a growing IT Firm across India provides a bouquet of innovative solutions to meet the operation and management challenges of clients. Your role will be crucial in making sure the company's ERP (Enterprise resource planning) program is smoothly integrated. This role will be acting as a bright between the client and support team of ERP which involves providing customer support, conducting software installations, and facilitating communication between clients and the development team. Your Problem solving, risk management, leadership and communication skills will ensure successful implementation and user adoption of the ERP solution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clearly document all requirements and the proposed business solution, ensuring that stakeholders, the development team, and the test team have a clear understanding of their respective tasks.
  • Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective
  • Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem at hand and the proposed solution.
  • Collaborate closely with the test team during the test phase to ensure that the solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
  • Work with the end users to help them understand the changes. Help the users to work with the new solution. Help the client manage the solution such that there is minimum resistance to organizational changes due to the newly implemented solution.
  • Providing customer support both online and offline.
  • Conducting onsite installation of new software.
  • Offering online and offline customer assistance.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations to customers and the sales team.
  • Understanding new requirements and communicating them to developers.
  • Conducting research to pinpoint solutions for software issues.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Utilizing targeted questions to swiftly comprehend the core of customer issues.
  • Monitoring computer system issues to resolution within specified timeframes.
  • Engaging with clients through phone, email, or chat to guide them through resolving technical issues.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams, such as software developers.
  • Offering timely and precise feedback to customers.
  • Consulting internal databases or external resources to furnish accurate technical solutions.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues simultaneously.
  • Generating accurate and timely reports
  • Offering step-by-step technical assistance through both written and verbal communication with excellent problem-solving skills

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum educational qualification of BE, or BBA/MBA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in delegation of work, ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned and executed within established timelines.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) server, with the ability to manage and query databases efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in risk management, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
