We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive for hospitality industry, who will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle guest queries and concerns efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations if required.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hotel management systems)
