Overview:

We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive for hospitality industry, who will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a  customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle guest queries and concerns efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations if required.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hotel management systems)
